International Delivery

International delivery for items up to 20 kg is charged at a flat rate of £45

This service includes tracked delivery to most destinations
For items over 20 kg:

Returns & Refunds Policy

​Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (for example, by email) within this 14-day period.
Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied

Buyers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed

Returns must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked and insured service

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 14 days.
Refunds will include:

The purchase price

The standard outbound delivery cost (where applicable, as required by consumer law)
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Antiques & Condition
All items offered for sale are genuine antiques and are sold as described. Please note:

Age-related wear, patina, minor marks, imperfections, and historic repairs are normal and expected

These characteristics are not considered faults

Descriptions and photographs form part of the item description
We encourage customers to review descriptions and images carefully and to ask any questions prior to purchase.
Faulty Items
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we will offer:

International Returns
For returns from outside the UK:

Any import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees paid are non-refundable

Returned items must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:

Bespoke or custom-altered items

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
